the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity.

RES BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- We cover the entire authorization process - from land acquisition to commissioning (PIF) and injection of electricity into the national grid (A.N.R.E):
- Assistance with local authorities and the energy distribution operator
- Support for the conclusion of long-term agreements (PPPs) or for contracting green certificates with electricity suppliers or other large electricity consuming companies.
- Obtaining permits, certifications, licenses, authorizations; technical assistance and specialized expertise
All operational activities after project implementation.
OUR PERFORMANCES?
Until 2013, our company developed on the territory of Romania RES projects with an installed capacity of over 150 MWp.
Today we operate 4 photovoltaic power plants with an installed capacity of 20 MWp and 10 micro-hydropower plants with an installed capacity of 14 MWp.

Why RES projects?
At European Union level, the aim is to decarbonize the Member States as soon as possible, being essential for achieving the objectives of environmental protection.
The European “Green Deal” Pact of 2019 provides for the granting of a priority status to energy efficiency and the development of the energy sector based mainly on renewable sources.
